I have spent almost 30 years leading people and organizations and have now laser focused my work on delivering solutions to what I have identified as Working Professional and Executive Fatigue™. There is a better way to get results, to drive for growth, to increase revenues, and to see dreams come true.

In my keynote and seminar presentations audiences are coming alive as I help them see a clear pathway to getting what they want without losing what they love. Jerome is the creator of The Elite Producers Program that coaches business and sales professionals to achieve extraordinary results and revenue. My Darkest Day Became My Brightest Light

When you’ve experienced being at the top of your game and you are crushing then to wake up to the reality that while you drove for success, you drove yourself into the ground and put at risk everything that you love – it’s a very dark place to be. That’s where I was eight years ago as I lead a rapidly growing non profit AND a design build construction company. At the top of my game I was at the end of my rope. What I learned getting back to the top has changed the way I live my life and is creating the same results for my clients and for the audiences I speak to.

Why do they call me Romey?

Not only is it a really cool name :), it’s got an amazing story behind it. At 1 1/2 years of age I was adopted by the Wade family who had three daughters.

As I integrated into their family the girls (my three sisters) gave me the nickname Romey (short for Jerome). It has been a term of endearment since then and continues today with friends, family, clients, and audiences around the world.

For me, it helps create authentic and trusted relationships fast so that we can get quick results for clients and audiences but also so that we can move quickly beyond the superficial veneer of the world we live in today. Now that you know, please call me Romey.
